General Questions
Are your products authentic? Yes. We only source products from official manufacturers and authorized distributors (such as Good Smile Company, Megahouse, Max Factory, Iron Studios, and PureArts) to ensure every item in our shop is 100% authentic.
What kind of products do you sell? We specialize in high-end collectibles, including scale statues and figures from Japanese anime, Western comics, and video games. We also carry popular hobby items like Nendoroids and model kits.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we primarily serve the United States and Canada.
How do you package your products? We understand the value of these items. All statues and collectibles are shipped in their original manufacturer's shipper. For other items, we will add bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier’s portal to monitor your delivery.
Pre-Orders Policy
How do pre-orders work? Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a limited-edition item before its official release. Estimated arrival dates are provided on the product page, though these are subject to change based on manufacturer production schedules.
Is payment required upfront for pre-orders? Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit, with the balance due once the item arrives in stock. Additionally, you can pay the full price up-front and get a discount. Refer to the pre-orders policy for full details.
Returns & Cancellations Policy
What is your return policy? We accept returns on most items within 31 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of high-end collectibles, we cannot accept returns on items where the manufacturer's seal has been broken. Refer to the refund policy for full details.
