Returns

  1. Return Window: We accept returns within 31 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items not meeting these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  4. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking inventory.

  5. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@dandiful.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Refund Amount: If your return is approved, we will process your refund, minus any applicable restocking fees, and issue a credit to your original method of payment. It usually takes 2 - 3 business days for the refund to show up in your account but it can take up to 10 depending on your bank.

Exceptions

  1. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, certain products such as swimwear, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
