Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming products before they are officially released. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item in advance and ensure priority fulfillment once inventory becomes available.

Pre-Order Quick Facts:

  • Payment: Charged upfront to secure your spot.

  • Shipping: Entire order ships when the last item arrives.

  • Cancellations: Full refund within 7 days; 10% fee thereafter.

  • Dates: Estimates only—manufacturers control the timeline!

Payment

  • Payment for all pre-orders is collected at the time of purchase.

  • This guarantees your reservation but does not guarantee an exact delivery date, as release schedules are determined by the manufacturer and may change.

Estimated Release & Shipping Dates

  • Estimated release or shipping dates are provided on each product page.

  • These dates are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer delays, shipping disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

  • If significant changes occur, we will update customers via email.

Shipping of Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders ship once the product has arrived at our facility and passed quality checks.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available (unless otherwise stated).

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after the 7-day window are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • To request a cancellation, please email sales@dandiful.com with your Order ID.

  • In the rare case that a manufacturer cancels or discontinues a product, customers will receive a full refund.

  • In the event of manufacturer 'allocation' (where we receive fewer units than ordered), pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received. Any unfulfillable orders will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Price Changes

  • Prices are confirmed at the time of your pre-order. If the retail price increases after your purchase, you will not be charged the difference.

  • If a manufacturer decreases the price before release, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund or store credit.

Condition & Box Quality

  • While we strive to provide products in mint condition, we cannot guarantee 'mint' packaging. Minor box wear sustained during transit from the manufacturer is not considered a defect. Items with significant damage to the product itself will, of course, be eligible for replacement or refund.

Address Update

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is up to date. Please contact us at sales@dandiful.com at least 10 business days before the estimated release date to update your shipping information. Dandiful Ventures is not responsible for items shipped to an old address provided at checkout.

Communication

  • You will receive an order confirmation once you place your pre-order.

  • Updates regarding delays, cancellations, or fulfillment will be sent via email.
